Information Security Policy
Impact Circle Inc. (“the Company”) is committed to protecting the information assets entrusted to us by our customers from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes. In order to meet the trust placed in us by our customers and society, the Company will work on information security company-wide based on the following policy.
1. Management Responsibility
Under the leadership of management, the Company will continuously strive to improve and enhance organizational, physical, and technical information security measures across the entire organization in order to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
2. Establishment of an Internal System
The Company will establish a system to maintain and improve information security, create rules related to information security measures, and define them as official internal rules.
3. Employee Initiatives
The Company’s employees will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security, ensure that this policy is thoroughly understood and implemented, and make information security initiatives reliable and effective.
4. Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Contractual Requirements
The Company will comply with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security, and will meet customer expectations.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of any violation of laws or regulations, breach of contract, or incident related to information security, the Company will respond appropriately and strive to prevent recurrence.
6. Improvement of the Management System
The Company will set objectives related to information security, review them regularly, and continuously improve and maintain its management system.
